It changed the room the day it arrived. I keep finding excuses to walk past it.

Craft & materials
Craft & materials
Crafted in solid resins. Painted in pewter-silver and antique brass. Antiqued in charcoal pigment brushed by hand into every recess of the armor.
No two Lamps are identical. Antiquing depth varies, brushwork varies, the fleur-de-lis appliqués sit a fraction off between one shade and the next. These are the fingerprints of the artisan, not defects — and they're the reason we don't call this "production."
Care is simple. Dry cloth, soft touch. No polish, no solvents, no wet cloths. The antiquing is meant to age with the piece, not be scrubbed away.

Frequently asked
Frequently asked
Is it dimmable? Yes — the E12 filament bulb works with any standard incandescent dimmer switch and most inline plug-in dimmers.
Can I replace the bulb? Yes. Any E12 candelabra-base bulb up to 40W. We recommend staying with warm filament bulbs (~2200–2700K) — LED daylight bulbs will kill the mood of the shade.
Does the cord come off? The cord is not designed to be user-swapped. If you need a different length or plug type, contact the workshop and we'll rewire it before dispatch.
How long will it last? Indefinitely. The cast-metal armature has no moving parts, no plastic joints, no failure points. Rewire it every twenty years and pass it on.

One workshop. One pair of hands.
Every Lamp is sculpted, cast, painted, antiqued, wired, and tested by the same artisan, at the same bench, in the same converted timber.. We don't outsource the painting. We don't ship castings to a finisher. We don't run a second shift.
Testimonials

It completely trasformed the room
I was nervous about the scale from the photos. It's bigger than you think. Bigger and heavier and more serious. It doesn't feel like decor, it feels like something my grandfather would have owned.

My New Reading Lamp
I bought it as a reading lamp for my library corner and it's completely rearranged how I use the room. The light through the shade throws this soft golden lace on the wall — I turn off every other lamp when I read now. Worth every dollar

Such a meticolous care for details
The antiquing is the detail that sold me. Up close you can see the pigment actually settled into the sculpting — it looks like it was made in 1890 and someone found it in an attic. Not a reproduction. A real thing.
